The fuel cooler protects the system and prevents combustion. Due to the high pressure in the injectors, the diesel gets very hot. The fuel must be cooled down to the temperature specified by the engine manufacturer. As a rule it is an aluminum construction, made by argon-arc welding. Our radiators have passed practical reliability tests.
